I have a current active license that is valid until 10/09/2019

It was active on my local site but now I need to activate the plugin on my live site. I deactivated the license on my local site but when I got to activate it on my live site it keeps telling me “You can activate only 1 form on this website. Please upgrade if you want to use more forms.” and it will not activate.

When I log into my account on your website and click “click here to deactivate this key” it doesn’t seem to deactivate it. It just reloads the page.

Any ideas on how I can get my license to activate on my live site?
