    Hello I downloaded your $2.00 trial for my wordpress, I have tried it on version 4.5.4 and 4.7 both of them keep looping asking me to activate the product that is already activated. Can you help me with this?

    I was able to solve the data loop. I am having a new issue with the dataset name.

    I want my forms entries dataset name to show as either an ID or the Full Name that I have selected. The dataset name is defaulting to the first field on the Mapper which is the Date.

    Please advise how I can resolve this issue.

    After selecting the radio button you’ll need to click the SAVE FIELD MAP button at the bottom of the Field Map Layout. If you tried that, what message did you receive, if any?

    We have not experienced a situation where the setting won’t save. But if we did, we’d try duplicating the Field Map Layout and setting the new layout as needed. If that does not work, we’d try deleting and adding back the first mapped field which will make Full Name the first mapped field.

    Let us know if you are able to save the dataset name setting as we remain at your service.
