add an exhisting key product

Hi, im actually in posses of a licence key product that will expire on next march. My actual plan allow me to register up to 3 sites and up to 14 forms. Im perfectly ok with this plan size and i just want to renew it till march 2019. Is it possible to add my licence product key to my account giorgio.formica or provide me a custom link for renewal?

Anyway, I can see my product key added to my account but i can’t find out where I can renew my actual plan: up 3 sites and up to 14 forms. If i click on renewal i can see only free test plan fro one year…

Our apologies for the issue with renewing your key, we’re looking into why this is occurring. In the meantime, please use one of the following manual renewal options:
1-Year = $31
2-Year = $59 Save 5%
3-Year = $84 Save 10%
5-Year = $116 Save 25%

actually i cant event get the link to set a new password…cause it seems the old password is not working or i’m mistyping it.

can i i get a link to my mail to enter in my account in order to renew my actual plan?
