Your refund was issued based on your request made to us, not Paypal.
Opening a payment dispute with any online vendor is never necessary without first allowing the vendor at least 24 to 48 hours to issue the refund. It just makes everyone’s job harder for absolutely no valid reason.
Other services, such as Stripe, charge and penalize vendors for every dispute – even a simple refund request. So give them a chance to refund you without losing additional money due to unnecessary fees. It’s a good online business etiquette and karma.
