. When does the error occur?
. Has the plugin ever worked on your WP installation?
. Have you tested the plugin by disabling all other plugins?

Btw, can I get a refund for this instead? I installed e2pdf and it works seamlessly with Formidable.

I won’t be needing formidablepro2pdf any longer. 🙁
