Can’t get Dropdown to fill in checkbox on PDF file

I was able to get a radio button to fill in a checkbox on a PDF file but I am unable to get a dropdown to do the same.

I have the Label named “Which Document did you upload?” The name of the first drop down option is “Cab card” and the 2nd option is “IFTA license”.

In the Pro2PDF software I have the mapping set to map “Which document did you upload?” to “IFTA license” and another mapping for “Which document did you upload?” mapped to “Cab card”.

Is something wrong with this setup?

Humm…. the mapping sounds correct.

Check the “Export Values” for the PDF fields “IFTA license” and “Cab card”. They should match the FF dropdown field values exactly. Use copy/paste to be sure they match! The fields are both space-sensitive and case-sensitive.

The “Export Value” in each of these says “On”. Should both of these checkboxes “export value” be “On” or “Cab card” or “IFTA license”?

I got it resolved by changing the Export Values on each checkbox from “On” to “Cab card” or “IFTA license”
