This is my second email. I cannot log into your website, I have successfully reset my password but the login is a never-ending loop. I have a one site license that has expired. I want to renew but can’t find a way to do it.

I even went to purchase a new license but your checkout tells me i am already a customer and please login.

The fact that this plugin is broken is causing problems with clients unable to get a complete form.
