Has your checkbox issue been resolved? I can’t get this feature to work, I’ve tried setting the PDF form checkbox names the same/different and mapping to them, nothing works. The only solution I found that works is to add radio buttons to the PDF form. The mapped formidable form checkbox will update the PDF Form radio buttons, however, this is not a viable solution if the PDF form is already developed and can’t be altered. You have an awesome product and I’d like to upgrade to the unlimited version but I would not be able to use the product for my intended purpose. Please advise when this issue is resolved. Thanks.
