I have a pdf file with 5 different checkboxes. I have a formidable form with a radio box field related to those checkboxes. But in the field map designer, then it seems like the checkboxes in my pdf file are not detected. What should I do then.
If the Formidable is a radio button then the related PDF fields should all have the same name but PDF fields Export Values should match each of the Formidable radio button options.
If the PDF fields are named the same as the Formidable field name or key then the plugin will automatically map the fields, if the name/key does not match, you must manually map the one Formidable field to the one PDF field name/key.

If not possible, then send a screenshot of the PDF field’s name setting, export value setting, and the Formidable Form field, “selected” in the design mode.
