Hello,
We currently have a custom plugin working with Contact Form 7 that creates PDFs from HTML, but we are looking for something that fills W9 forms in the process. Although it looks like your plugin does what we need, we were wondering if you could answer a few questions.
1) Do you have any plans to support Contact Form 7
2) Does the premium version email PDFs to two emails?
3) Is the Formidable Signature Add-on included with the premium version or is it just compatible?

Jack. Although we would like to support Contact Form 7 in the future, we are not currently working on the intergration.
. Yes, the premium version allows PDFs to be attached to one or more Formidable “Email Actions”. Additionally, each “Email Action” can have multiple TO, CC and BCC addresses. Here’s more info about Formidable’s Email Action
. The plugin is just compatible with the Formidable’s Signature Add-on which is included with Formidable’s Small Business version or can be purchased for $19.00 if you are using the Individual version.We remain at your service.
