We are creating an elearning (LMS) site on WordPress where individuals can take short courses and quiz after which they will be be taken to another page where they will fill several text fields for a legal contract (related to the subject matter of their course). Once completed the document is shown as a flat pdf which they can print.
For instance, a professional photographer can register for a course on “Photography and the Law” and upon completion of the course he/she will be given access to an online form where they can enter important information that will populate a legal “Photography Contract” that they can use with their clients/customers.
Once they finish filling the form we do not want them to have access to the manipulate the content nor do we want them to be able to fill the form multiple times.
Additionally, there are some fields that we required.
We will have multiple contracts/forms needed to be created.
Please let me know if this is something your program can do and what the cost would be.
We have some limited IT development knowledge but were not able to play too much with your demo area.
