I’m just trailing the plugin at the moment and for some reason different date formats are appearing in a couple of different mapped fields. One field is showing as 30/09/21 which is correct and another is showing as 12-01-20.I’ve made sure the date format in formidable forms is correct as well as the date format in the PDF.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We will need to troubleshoot your PRO2PDF template as there are no known issues with merging and formatting a date field.
Upload a screenshot of the following to this form…
1. The field map layout showing the correct and incorrect date format field mappings.
2. The Formidable form showing the properties of the date field that is not merging correctly.Alternatively, you can provide login credentials for faster service.
