We require the need for the person filling out the form to select from a list of businesses or doctors. When selected we want that selections information put across the pdf in the appropriate fields. I can not figure out how to accomplish this.
The lists that the dynamic fields are calling to have been created.
How do we populate each field?Use Formidable’s Lookup fields to accomplish your requirements. Or, after the user selects the dropdown choice and clicks submit, open a form with the selected data.
If you require more assistance, please provide more detailed information.
