Hi, is that I need to create an editable PDF with their field name first before I can start to use this plugin?

Yes, you can use any Adobe Acrobat compatible form editor, including the online service http://www.pdfescape.com.

Use this form if you would like a quote from us to create the PDF form and field map layout.

Hi, thank you for your guideline, i have tried out the Adobe Acrobat compatible form editor, but i’m still can’t get the result i desired.

Can i have a sample of your pre-made PDF file?
