    Hi there

    I setup a form a few years ago with the 2nd data set of an embed form and it worked for a long time, but now none of the fields in the pdf are filled out. I looked at your documentation again and it’s done correctly on my site, but won’t work anymore. Can you please assist in getting this to work again?

    If I download the 2 datasets separately everything is filled in, but when merged together the 2nd set is empty.

    thanks so much, this has worked and I have renewed the license. I don’t get any renewal notices, why is this?
