Andrew MorrisParticipant
Hi,
I have an error with my forms this morning. When trying to export, I get the below error:
There was an error generating the PDF file.
Your server wasn’t able to upload PDF file:Can you help please?
Andrew MorrisParticipantUPDATE:
I have spoken to my hosting provider and the following error is being returned
[16-Jun-2022 08:28:48 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: docxError in /home/cluster-sites/8/i/infernofire.online/public_html/wp-content/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/generate-pdf.php on line 497
adminKeymasterThis is not a known issue…
Has PRO2PDF been updated to the latest version?
Has PRO2PDF ever worked on your WP installation?
Have you created more than one PRO2PDF template on your WP installation?
– If yes, do any of the other PRO2PDF templates work correctly?Let us know the answers to the above so that we may determine the issue.

Andrew MorrisParticipantHi,
I have not recently updated PRO2PDF (not where it would affect recent functionality).
Yes, I’ve had this installed for almost 3 years and it has worked continuously.
Yes, I have 7 templates and none of them are workingThere are no updates due for any plugins
adminKeymasterSounds like a plugin conflict or a feature of a security plugin.
Try disabling all plugins except Formidable Forms and PRO2PDF, then test. If it works, then enable one plugin at a time and test until the conflicting plugin is found.
Or complete this form if you would like us to log in to troubleshoot the issue.
