Hi,
I have uploaded a form and tried to field map it but when I get the below error:
Error while saving layout: Table ‘eplanhqc_ep0.ep0_3_fpropdf_layouts’ doesn’t exist
Query was: INSERT INTO

Thank you for your post, however we are not able to locate a post similar to this, please link to the post so that we may find a speedy solution.

This is an issue with the WordPress Multisite (WPMU) install. The plugin must be activated on each site locally, and will not work if it is WPMU Network Activated. Deactivate the plugin from the network, and activate the local site installation, then all should work as expected.
