External PDF Server Seems To Be Down

All forms are suddenly producing the following error:

“There was an error generating the PDF file.
sh: pdftk: command not found”

This is using the external server the plugin uses to generate the PDF’s (not local).
Would you be able to take a look on your side please?

Uncheck the “Local PDFtk” setting…
PRO2PDF → SETTINGS → UNCHECK “Enable local PDFTK” → CLICK “Save Changes”

Let us know if all works as expected.
