After I select the form to export data from and field map to use, the Field Map Designer keep showing “Loading layout… Please wait…”. I have been waited for more than 30 min but still nothing show up. And I received this error: POST http://xxxx.com.my/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error).
I would like to purchase this plugin if this issue is solved. Please let me know ASAP.Thanks.
Are you using the new version 2.0? Did you submit data using the form before selecting the form in the Field Map Designer? If yes, do any other forms work in the designer?
If data has been submitted and the form still results in “Loading layout… Please wait…” then we may need to take a look at your installation. If possible, please complete this form to request login support.
