For some reason the field map I’ve created is showing up in the list but is greyed out and when selected with the correct PDF and formidable form the field map doesnt show? How can I fix this?
The Field Map Layout may be connected to a different Formidable form.
Try this. Deselect the “Limit Field Map to use Dropdown” setting.
PRO2PDF → SETTINGS → UNCHECK “Limit Field Map to use Dropdown” → SAVENow the Field Map Layout will show up no matter which Formidable Form is selected, and you’ll be able to see which Formidable Form the Field Map Layout is actually connected to.
Let us know if you are not able to correct the issue.
