Hi there.
Flatten PDF form is disable and even Attach file to Email notifications is disable. How can I able them?
I also try to recreate a new form but nothing, those choice remain disable and after compile the form I recive a mail without pdf attached. May you help me to understand where am I wrong?
adminKeymasterSounds like you are using the free version and have not entered the PRO2PDF activation key. Please verify that you have entered the activation key on the “Activated Forms” tab. Let us know if that was the issue or if you need additional assistance.

BernardoParticipantHere I am. I login with the details I used when I purchesed this plugin.
I went to my admin panel down Acivated Forms menu. It look active but honestly I don’t know how to check the activation code.Where do I see my activation code and where do I have to copy it?
BernardoParticipantI have been on my download profile and I see
#3123 October 29, 2015 Completed $15.00 for 1 itemIf I click on this order it say there is an Error… Can you check what happen?
BernardoParticipantDone, now flatten option is able but I recive mail without any attach..
Just a confusion mail like this“<table cellspacing=”0″ style=”font-size:14px;line-height:135%; border-bottom:1px solid #cccccc;”><tbody>
<tr style=”background-color:#ffffff;”><th style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>Data</th><td style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>11/06/2016</td></tr>
<tr style=”background-color:#ffffff;”><th style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>Nome</th><td style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>Test9</td></tr>
<tr style=”background-color:#ffffff;”><th style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>Cognome</th><td style=”text-align:left;color:#555555;padding:7px 9px;vertical-align:top;border-top:1px solid #cccccc;”>Test9</td></tr>”adminKeymasterRegarding the email attachment: Open the Field Map Layout and check the option “Attach file to Email notifications” AND also check the email action item(s) you want to include the PDF as an attachment.
NOTE: All other Field Map Layouts for the same form, even tests or unfinished layouts, will be sent and/or may cause the attachment to fail if not setup correctly. Go through all unused, test, or unfinished layouts and DESELECT the option “Attach file to Email notifications” to be sure you are only sending the intended attachment(s).
Regarding the html looking email message: This is a question for the great support team at FormidablePro.com. If you do not have the “Send Emails in Plain Text” option selected in the email action, then I’d start here: Why is there HTML showing in my email?
BernardoParticipantThank you for you support but I am getting crazy.. before the issue everything works fine, now I don’t know why those f@$%@ mail arrive as plain text.
I use EASY WP SMTP plugin and I cannot find where to check is “Send Emails in Plain Text” is not checked.Where is this option?
adminKeymasterThere is a setting in the Formidable Forms Email Action called “Send Emails in Plain Text”
Forms → Form Settings → Email Notifications → Options → Send Emails in Plain TextWe remain at your service.
BernardoGuestI found it but it is not checked.. Send Email in Plain Text is not checked..
I wanna cry.. I don’t know what else do
adminKeymasterAs a work-around until you get the HTML emails working properly you could use Formidable’s “Default Msg” shortcode rather then the default HTML shortcode. Formidable provides information about that here.
To fix the HTML issue, you may need to request help from Formidable’s outstanding support team as our plugin has nothing to do with the email notification action other than the PDF attachment(s).
