When submitting my form, the pdf’s are generated, but the page always times out. There are 2-3 notifications being sent with multiple attachments but only the first seems to be sending.
Do these errors mean anything to anyone?

Sounds like you have one or more additional “Field Map Layouts” created for the same form, possibly test or incomplete map(s). Select and Delete all unused maps by clicking the “Delete Entire Field Map” button at the bottom of the field map.
If that’s not the issue, please provide a screenshot of your form’s entire “Settings” page and the entire PRO2PDF “Export” tab with the form and the field map layout selected (and in the dropdown position to show the field map list) for further assistance.
