Hi,
The process works perfectly: create a Formidable form is just … formidable 😉 mapping between Formidable PDF and PRO2PDF is quite easy, on-line form, validation, sending by email etc. … except that the PRO2PDF form which must be created and send to our customers is ready to be … completed 🙁
All fields are empty

If you are able to provide a temporary login please send to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com, if not please provide a screen shot of the entire Layout screen with the correct form, dataset and layout selected.
