Amintore FuscoGuest
Hi,
we are implementing same field map in our localhost. It happens frenquently that after we hit the save button, the plug-in starts processing and, after a while, the webpage turns in a bad gateway error message.
When we do the same operation in the AWS server, we do not get this error.
Can you suggest us a setting that prevents this error while working in our localhost? Would Enabling local PDFTK setting help us?
Let us know
ThanksAmintore FuscoGuestHI, since I didn’t get any answer from you, we installed PDFtk on our server anyway and enabled the local PDFTK setting. However, that didn’t solve our issue. Our developer said that seems the plug-in isn’t still using the local PDFtk installation.
Can you suggest us how to solve our issue. As you can immagine it is a roadblock.
ThanksadminKeymasterTry shrinking the original PDF file size, and also changing the following PHP settings;
memory_limit = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
output_buffering = 4096
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_vars = 4000– Yes, local PDFtk will be faster, but you lose merging signatures and images. Is the server connected to the internet or is a on an intranet? If intranet, you’ll need the intranet version of the plugin.

Amintore FuscoGuestHi,
thanks for the communication.
Unfortunately, these new settings don’t change the final result.About the Intranet plug-in version, we have some questions:
1- is it possible to have it with the signature support? I see that the
‘3-Year Unlimited Intranet’ supports it, but we are not interested in 3 year of premium support; one year is good for us.
2- can we use it also in our online web site?
3- In addition, can you confirm us that there is no annual fee?Thanks for the attention
adminKeymaster1 – No. Signature and image merge functionalities are not available for the Intranet Version, including not available for the ‘3-Year Unlimited Intranet’, can you provide a link to where our site says it’s supported?
2 – Yes, PDFtk must be installed on the server.
3 – Confirmed, the Intranet Version has no annual fee and 1,2,3 or 4 years of support.
We remain at your service.
