How do you hide address short codes?

How do you hide the address short codes if they are unused in the form?

I’m using formidable forms address fields which are set up with two address lines and if one is left blank the short code is transferred onto my PDF form.
EX: 123 Fake street [line2]

How do I hide lines/code like “[line2]” from showing up on my PDF?

The shortcode should not merge to the PDF, we are checking this functionality and will reply as soon as possible.

So it’s been a couple of days, just wondering if you are encountering this problem on your end still/too. I’m still getting the same results. I’d be more then happy to send you some screen shots or give you more info to help the process along.
