I want to know or do you have steps on how you did (IRS Form W-4) Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate Enter your email address below to receive the PDF attachment in the email. We do not collect emails from this form and we never share or spam users of PRO2PDF Demo. I want to use the same idea like you did on your demo. How to create pdf to email textfield.

Digital ManagerIf you do not collect email addresses then you’ll need to hard-code the email address into Formidable’s email notification action.
If you want to add an email field to the form, then paste the field’s shortcode ID in the “TO” box of the email action. (See image)
