bermanParticipant
I have created the PDF with Formidable form data. Also in Formidable entry contain the text with superscript.
When I used the flatten PDF the superscript is not supporting. Instead of superscript some space or squires are displaying over there. But in editable PDF the superscript is displaying in right format.
How could we display the superscript format in flatten PDF too….?
adminKeymasterTry changing the font or using the “Unicode” setting on the “Language support:” dropdown on the options of the Field Map Layout.
A work-around would be to set the PDF fields to READ ONLY and don’t use the flatten option.
We would be glad to reproduce this issue ourselves, are you able to provide a copy of the PDF and specifics of how the superscript is being saved in the Formidable Form entry?
Additionally, we have not heard back from you regarding other past support requests, are you able to respond to those?
We remain at your service.
bermanParticipantYou could use this link to get the PDF.

Please let me know whether it is occurring due to the font or not.?
bermanParticipantCould you please suggest the font which is more usable in formidable PDF?
Or
Which font I could use to solve the superscript issue?
Seeking your help. Please add your suggestion……
bermanParticipantHave you reviewed the PDF which I shared through google drive?
Could you please suggest me any font which is more feasible to use in flatten PDF? And it should show the superscript in PDF.
David BermanGuestRegarding the font, we are using Arial: what font would you have us use instead?
Regarding the Unicode setting, we are eager to try that, but we cannot find the “Unicode” setting in the “Language support:” dropdown on the options of the Field Map Layout. Please provide further guidance.
We don’t want to NOT use Flatten, for other reasons.
bermanParticipantI have tried the “Unicode” setting on the “Language support:” dropdown on the options of the Field Map Layout.
This Unicode option solved the superscript problem, however it had the side effect of causing auto size of font in PDF.
For this issue what should I do next?
