and there is no way that i convert a form to pdf

thanksNo, PRO2PDF does not convert a web form to a PDF form, you must use a third-party program or app like Adobe Acrobat or PDFEscape.com.
Our other plugin, E2Pdf, will convert a web form to a PDF form, and it’s free on the WordPress repository.
