I bought this plug in a year ago, I need to renew it, order #13001, but I can’t get it to log me in.
I also need to set up another site with the same functionality – so I bought the plug in again today, and it made me set up another account.
Please help, the original account was under ***, and second account is under *** – and I still don’t have two working activation keys.

Our apologies for the issues you are having with the renewal process. As a courtesy we have reactivated and extended the license through tomorrow to allow you time to renew the key.
Your password has been manually reset, the temporary credentials have been sent to the account’s email address, and we have associated the newly purchased version with the original account.

Thank you, that worked and I renewed the first site key as well.
One further question? Why does it say on my receipt that it never expires? The license key clearly expires in a year, so should it not be clear?
