    I understand your need. While there is a PDF size limit we are still determining an exact number, as there are other variables that effect the limit such as number of mapped fields as well as individual PHP server settings. We will likely provide a table (or range) of limits rather than a single number.

    In the meantime, please copies of your PDF’s for testing to support (at) formidablepro2pdf DOT com and we will troubleshoot them.

    The issue is not the PDF Forms, they work on our server, see here… (http://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpfx_generate&form=qr6df2&layout=26&dataset=1162&format=pdf&inline=1)

    The issue is your Field Map Layout, I believe it has to do with the Layout Name or the PDF File name or the Formidable Form name – or all three names…

    Try removing spaces and shortening your Layout Name and your PDF Form Name, use only letters, numbers, and use dashes _ or – for spaces.

    Regarding the Formidable Form, we have not tested forms where the name includes ( ‘ ) or ( ” ), if the above does not fix the issue, please try removing them from the Formidable Form name.

    If all the above does not fix your issue, please email a temp username/password to support, and we’ll take a look.

    Hi, I did see that on your server my document did work, but now I ask you to deactivate the link above because the document should be private. I changed the names as you said, but it didn’t work. Then I tried it in my server online and it did work. This is strange, way offline on my PC on my local server with Xampp it doesn’t work? Do you have any idea about it and how solve it? I also need to know if I can deactivate the activation key on the site in the local server and active the same key on the site on server online? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Using the plugin offline also requires PDFTK be installed on your server to fill in PDF files. This also means that your server has to have PHP shell commands enabled.
