    Hello

    I would like to try your plugin but i have a installation problem ! I activate Formidable form 2.20, after, i activate formidablepro-2-pdf then i have a blank page , all my site is broken, i need to delete formidablepro-2-pdf by ftp to fix that, can you help me ?

    Yes, complete this form and we’ll take a look at what is causing the issue. Sounds like we may also need FTP access, please include credentials in the “Describe Issue or Paste Link to Forum Post” field of the form.

    There is a conflict between the Revolution Slider and the Theme that may be solved by updating the Revolution Slider from 4.6 to the recent version 5.1.6 (For fatal error see the debug.log). We are currently using version 5.1.6 with no conflict, however, with a different theme.

    The same issue was reported here, and the author of RevSlider says it comes from the theme…

    Let us know if the issue is solved after updating the plugin as we remain at your service.

    i have a last question about checkbox, nothing is checked in my output pdf, do i post in the “how to” section ?

    then i could buy your great plugins !

    I fixed my problem, i use RadioButton instead of checkbox and it’s ok !
