Are any of your versions Hipaa compliant? Once the form is completed and submitted is the form encrypted in transit and at rest? Also, is the form or any of the data of the form saved on your severs or any 3rd party servers?
All data and files are transferred via “https”, however, we have not specifically designed PRO2PDF for HIPPA compliance, nor do we provide business associate agreements (BAA’s) to healthcare organizations.
The intranet version does all users to use PRO2PDF on an offline network.
