Hi,
I am trying the plugin before purchasing it, however I am getting the following error when I try to generate a PDF:
There was an error generating the PDF file.
Your server wasn’t able to upload PDF file: couldn’t open file “”I should add that I am working on IIS (Windows Server 2012 R2) and I do also see the following error at the top of the settings page:
Folder C:\inetpub\<Website URL>//tmp/ should be writable. Please change its permissions to 777
(I have replaced the website URL with ‘<Website URL>’ for security purposes)
Any help with this would be gratefully received, since I am very excited about implementing a solution with your product.
Kind Regards,
AsifadminKeymasterCan you or sys admin create a tmp folder off the WP root and make it writable? That will solve the current errors.
AsifGuestGot it working! Thank you so much.
