I can login to my account now but I’m still getting errors…
The file attached instead of the PDF is error.txtThere was an error generating the PDF file. This activation code is not valid.
As far as I can see all activation codes are fine for Formidable forms and FormidablePro to PDF

Ah pesky American date formats – I was reading it as 1 Sept 2024 !!!
It would be better if in the licence info it showed the month spelled out
