Good morning,
I purchased a license in August for 2 forms on 1 site at $15. What would it require for me to upgrade to the next tier of 10 forms on 1 site?

Use the upgrade form, enter your activation key and select 1 Site – 2 Forms from the “Select Your Current Plan” dropdown, then check the upgraded plan and click Pay Now. Then, just pay the difference and we’ll upgrade and extend the subscription for one full year.
