I have just renewed my Pro account for Unlimited Sites with one form. Licensing says I ordered for one site and unlimited forms, this is absolutely wrong! We have been using this plugin since 2017. Why has this changed? This needs to be fixed immediately! You have broken multiple production sites.
Our apologies for the issue you experienced with the auto-renewal process. We are looking into why the system changed the plan for your account, but not others.
We corrected the parameters and all should be working as expected
