Hello,
Is there a way to close and save the pdf that has been generated so that future changes don’t affect the document?
So, if I am creating invoices with Pro2PDF and I change the price, all invoices made prior to the price change are unaffected.

Yes, use the “Flatten” option when setting up the layout, or the shortcode’s “Flatten” parameter.
