I have setup the form and assigned the tags however when I fill out a new formidable form with different filed entries, it only ever inserts the dataset from the first form submissions and not the currently entry with the new form field just submitted.

can you advise on this and also advise on how to setup a submission button which sends to the admin email and also the users email address please
