I have got the 30 days trial to test the plugin, I have uploaded my PDF which contains a form to be filled in automatically with the some information from my web form, However, it comes blank when I open it on the pdf viewer. I opened on Adobe Acrobat DC and I realised some characters were there, after looking at carefully I have noticed the characters are in Japanese or Chinese not sure which language is.

Could anyone help me out?
I had a look at documentation and forum to see if could find some solution or someone who has had the same problem before and I did not find anything.

Please contact me as soon as possible, it is urgent to solve this problem, otherwise I will start looking for other plugins.
