Multiple Forms Into 1 PDF

I have 7 forms embedded into one. I see the “Add Second Dataset” after purchasing it. To map the fields it’s my understanding that I load the datasets at the top then map them at the bottom. But not very clear on how to do this. I have multiple pdf’s that use a combination of the fields from the different forms. Any guidance or documentation would be great.
