    I purchased your software last year and I have not had issues, the software expires and I did not get not 1 reminder email about renwal. Can you help me figure out why this the case. And to top if off, I went to login and get a new license …and my account was not recognized. What can I do here as this has been a big problem that I need fixed Immediately!!! This was suppose to be my username: odell.betty. This was my Order number back in 2020: [Order #31552] (July 23, 2020)

    I’m currently getting an error that the PDF can’t generate since the license is invalid. Is it your process to send out reminders? I got no reminders at all….why is this?

    You have our sincere apologies for the renewal issue! We have extended the activation key through the weekend to provide time to renew the account. 

    According to our records, the renewal emails were sent to the email address you referenced.  Please check the spam folder and we’ll check the email logs for any block or bounceback replies. 

    We have reset your password and tested the credentials here.
    Check your email (and spam) and reply if not received.

    We were able to access the account.  Select renewal from the menu on the left here and you’ll be able to renew the license with increasing discounts for multiple years.

    Hi There,

    I double checked spam and definitely didn’t get your emails. I did get your message from your gmail account, so there is definitely an issue with your mail server sending emails….apparently my mail server thinks it’s spam. That being said your solution should have something built in that allows people to visually see when they are logged in that the license is about to expire….ESPECIALLY when your software requires a license to operate! Why does your software not operate like others do? Where support is not covered but the software can still be used? That’s very disappointing to say the least.

    I didn’t see anything about this in your q&a, where did i miss this?

    The plugin status may be seen from the My Account page on the plugin’s website and also from the ACTIVATED FORMS tab of the plugin on your WP installation.

    We are contacting your mail server directly to rectify the issue. We have never sent – and will never send – spam email messages. It’s possible there is a different account sharing the same IP address, nonetheless, we expect to resolve the issue with them very soon.
