    We aren’t able to generate PDFs. It doesn’t look like our license is valid, yet we renewed on 12/7/2021.

    Our license screen shows:

    It is valid until 01/01/1970
    With this activation code, you can register up to sites and up to forms. Click here to deactivate this key.

    You have sites and forms left.

    you do not have any active sites

    I have deactivated the license and tried to re-enter the key and it says not valid.
