Hi,
I have a prospect who is a commercial insurance broker. He wants his clients to be able to submit a form on his website that is mapped over to multiple forms. Here is an example.
Client fills out Client Info Sheet and it maps over to Lincoln Financial App, Great West Application.
Is this possible?
