Order on hold

Hi,

Purchased this plugin about 20mins ago and received a receipt from PayPal for payment.

When logged into my account, I still have an order ‘On Hold’ so I can’t proceed to download the plugin.

How long will this remain On Hold for?

I’m experiencing something similar. My order was paid for roughly 10 minutes ago, but my account still says the order is on hold? Was this ever resolved for Jenna?
