Hi Guys, Been using your plugin for a long time, it’s great. 🙂 Running into trouble with one of my drop menus – I’ve got a drop menu with options for 1, 2, 3 or Other in formidable. When users select ‘Other’ from the drop menu, then add a value in the text box to enter a value for it, it’s coming up blank on the PDF document. I noticed that in my PDF those fields were drop menus with the options 1,2 and 3, so I changed them to just regular text fields in case that was the problem, but still no luck. I have other fields in my forms that are similar with an option for other that are working just fine. Can you help me out??
Thanks!
B.BizarrbGuestOh, I should add that if they select 1, 2, or 3, ot’s mapping just fine. Only when they select other and enter a value is where I’m getting jammed up. 🙂

BizarrbGuestHi, This doesn’t help me. 🙁 I am mapping it to a text field on the PDF, but it’s still blank. I can provide access to the site if you need it to help me resolve this. Thank you.
BizarrbParticipantthanks, I’ve filled out the form. 🙂

adminKeymasterWhich field has the OTHER option? There’s 100’ish fields…

BizarrbParticipantOh shoot, I’m sorry, I meant to tell you that…
Look at repeating section: Initiating/Supervisory Device Tests and Inspections 1 – 10
then the “Floor” field (Field ID 7831) is the one giving me grief.
I’ve got the same issue in the other repeating sections for 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, and 51-61 too.
BizarrbParticipantHi, Have you had more time to look at this one yet?
adminKeymasterYes, our apologies for the delay…. Happy Thanksgiving…(grin)
The functionality has been tested and works on your installation on forms with less fields. This appears to be a memory issue due to the number of fields in the form. Please ask your hosting provider to change the following PHP settings…
memory_limit = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
output_buffering = 4096
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_vars = 4000After that if the issue persists, reply with the FTP credentials so we may trace the code.
