Hi in some cases the plugin generates the PDF with field values from previous entries; creating duplicates.
Please advise.Make sure the “dataset” parameter of the plugin’s shortcode reads like this dataset=[id].
If you are still having issues, reply by pasting the shortcode and let us know exactly where you have the shortcode.
