Hi, I have a problem with displaying the Chinese character. If I input the Chinese in the form and output the pdf, only Chinese character is not shown on the pdf. However, if I click on the field which contain the Chinese character, the Chinese character will appear again. Is there any way to fix this bugs?
adminKeymasterThe PDF form has fonts that are not compatible ‘MSungStd-Light’ and ‘UniCNS-UCS2-H’.
The Unicode extension can possibility work with Chinese characters using the Arial MS font, but there are 2 problems:
1. The font size is 40mb (so all PDFs will have 40mb+ size (if not flattened)), and;
2. Licensing issues because the font is not free. So it’s best if you use our newest plugin, E2Pdf. E2Pdf allows you to upload and use your own font(s).We can refund your order upon request.
We remain at your service.
Tin Fan ChungGuestHello,
There is something strange about the pdf. If you using the google chrome to open the pdf and click the fields, you can see that Chinese character is already filled into the pdf. Also, if I edit the field and lost focus on the field, the Chinese character can be saved and appear in the pdf.
Here is the pdf exported by PRO2PDF

You can click on the ‘Company Number’ or ‘Company Name’ fields, then you can understand what it means. -
