Hi,
I have a question regarding the ability to attach a PDF file as an attachment in an e-mail sent through Formidable Forms Pro. I have made a registration form with 800+ registrations for an event and now I want to send an e-mail with a unique ticket (the PDF) to all the registrants. I was hoping I could do this in a smart way; so automatically attach a specific PDF file to a specific registrant. Is this possible with Formidable PRO2PDF? And if it’s not, do you know a way to do this? I’m in dire need of a solution!
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
StevenadminKeymasterOur plugin will merge and attach PDFs to emails that are sent using Formidable’s email action which may be triggered by clicking Submit, Update and also upon “Import”.
While we have not tested it, “Import” should work for your requirement by exporting your list, then deleting all entries from the form and then importing all entries back into the form. However, the standard WP email functionality is not suitable for reliably sending 800 emails at the same time, so you will likely need to install an SMTP plugin for sending emails from WP.
Let us know if the import function does not work.
Optionally, you could ‘Update’ each entry to send them one at a time.
We remain at your service.
