I have only one form we are using with formidablepro2pdf. I get a site not active when I go to the activated forms setting, and it won’t let me activate it again, but if I look “Under the Hood” it seems to be there.
When a user tries to download a filled pdf they get a message that the Activation Code isn’t valid.
Not sure what to do on this.
It has been working beautifully until this week. I did update Formidable Forms this week and am wondering if there might be a glitch there.

If you are using the free version you can just reinstall the plugin. Be sure you export your template first as all will be lost when you reinstall.
If you were using the paid version, please provide the order number, activation key, email address, or old URL so we can find your account.
