Hello – the pdf attached to email is not flattened. I have this option set to yes in the setup?
Wondering how I can fix this. Thanks,Trina
tbrule@shaw.ca1. Check if there is more than one field map layout for the same form that is not configured to flatten.
2. Try exporting the pdf from the Export tab, is it flattened? If so, check the shortcode for a mis-configured flatten parameter.
